The deposit comes off your fee when you pay for your visit, it is not lost and is fully refundable if a cancellation is received no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment, no questions, just a full refund.
No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage the business.
They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with me.
I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. But I kindly request 48 hours notice so that I can offer that time slot to another client.
When cancelling a booking in 48 hours or more, your deposit can be held for your next booking, or refunded.
However, if you don't provide me with 48 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. The massage booking is transferable, so you may get someone to replace you, a friend etc, to go in your place if you can't make it and you miss the opportunity to cancel in time.
I do not accept messages left on Sunday or public holidays or late in the evening the day before your appointment as sufficient notice, as I will not have enough time to rebook your time slot.
We understand that there are circumstances that may require you to cancel your booking however where notification of cancellation is given less than 48 hours prior to your booking the deposit will be non-refundable and full payment will be required as deposit for any rescheduled appointment. Should the rescheduled appointment also be cancelled less than 48 hrs prior to the massage, the total amount charged will be for a two hour tantric massage wihich is non-refundable.
It is rare for people to cancel at the last minute, but in some circumstances I will keep the funds for your next appointment, and you may not have your deposit forfeited. This will be judged on a case by case.

Once you have booked your appointment and transfered your deposit to this account and sent a copy of the transaction, you will get an email/sms confirming your booking prior to your appointment.
