Preparing for Your Session

Available Times: We offer sessions at 10.00am, 1.00pm, and 4.00pm, seven days a week. Please note that evening appointments are currently booked out until mid-September.

Booking Your Slot: To help find the perfect time for you, please provide a few preferred dates in the form below. We'll do our very best to accommodate your first choice.

Confirming Your Appointment: To secure your booking, we ask for a $100 deposit. This is a part-payment for your session, and the remaining balance is paid on the day. Once we confirm a time with you, we'll guide you on how to arrange the deposit. You'll then receive a final confirmation with the studio's address and details.

Studio & Session Policies

• Cancellations: We offer flexibility for cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice. For cancellations within 24 hours, the deposit may be kept.
• Punctuality: To ensure you receive your full session, please arrive on time. Arriving late will unfortunately shorten your massage time.
• Mutual Respect & Consultation: Every session begins with a friendly and confidential chat. This consultation is an essential part of your booked time, allowing you to discuss any concerns, boundaries, or preferences. Whether it takes five minutes or thirty, this is your dedicated time to ensure you feel completely comfortable and that the session is perfectly tailored to you. This is an ongoing practice in all our sessions to ensure we are always on the same page.
• Parking & Transport: Free parking is always available. If you're arriving by train, we offer a complimentary pickup from the station, with your session time beginning upon pickup.
