Booking Your Appointment & Our Policies
We want booking to be simple and clear. Please read the information below so everything flows smoothly on the day.
1. Your First Visit
To allow time for a warm and thorough consultation plus your treatment, all first-time appointments are a minimum of 90 minutes.
2. Deposit & Payment
A $100 deposit confirms your appointment. It is deducted from your total on the day.
How to Pay Your Deposit
- Payment deadline: Please pay within 12 hours of making your booking (unless we have agreed otherwise).
- Bank transfer:

- Credit card: Please call Rosario on 0419 228 821 to pay over the phone.
- Confirmation: After paying, please send proof of payment (for example, a screenshot). You will then receive a confirmation by email or SMS.
Paying the Balance on the Day
You can pay the remaining amount using:
- Cash
- PayID
- Credit card (Visa)
- Please note: Bank transfers are not accepted for final payment on the day unless paid in full before your visit.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as you can.
Our Deposit Credit Policy
- Cancellation or rescheduling:
- Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, your $100 deposit remains safely as a credit toward any future booking.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hoursā notice, your $100 deposit will still be held as a credit, but your next booking will require full payment upfront to secure the new appointment time.
- This credit has no expiry date and may also be transferred to a friend.
- No-show (no contact and you do not arrive):
- Your deposit will be forfeited.
- You will be charged the full fee for the missed session.
- All future bookings will require full payment upfront.
Important Rules for Rescheduling
- Sufficient notice: Messages sent late at night, on a Sunday, or on a public holiday for a next-day appointment are not considered sufficient notice to cancel.
- After a late cancellation: If you cancel with less than 24 hoursā notice, your deposit is held as a credit. Your next booking will require full payment upfront to secure the new time.
- Cancelling a rescheduled appointment: If you cancel this second (rescheduled) booking with less than 24 hoursā notice, the fee for a two-hour tantric massage will be charged (non-refundable).
4. Punctuality
- Please arrive on time: This ensures you receive your full session.
- If you are late: Your session will still finish at the scheduled time. If our schedule allows, we may be able to extend it.
- If Rosario is running late: Your session will be extended so you receive your full booked time.
Effective date: These booking and cancellation terms are effective from 25 July 2025.
