Booking and Cancellation Policy
Deposit and Booking Confirmation
A $100 deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit must be paid within 12 hours of making your appointment, unless you have made a prior arrangement with Rosario. Your deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service at the time of your appointment.
Refunds and Standard Cancellation Window
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment—no questions asked. We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations so we can offer the time slot to another client.
Short-Notice Cancellations and No-Shows
If you cancel less than one hour before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged the full fee for the missed session. Future bookings from clients who cancel less than one hour prior or do not show up at all will require full payment upfront at the time of booking.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations hinder our ability to accommodate other clients and negatively affect our business.
Deposit Handling for Cancellations
- 48 hours or more notice: You may choose to have your deposit refunded in full or applied to your next booking.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit will not be refunded. Instead, it will be held as a credit for 12 months from the date of the missed appointment.
- No-show with no contact: Your deposit will be forfeited.
Transferable Bookings
Your massage booking is transferable. If you cannot attend and have missed the cancellation window, you may send a friend or another person in your place so that someone can still benefit from the booking.
Communication and Sufficient Notice
Messages received on a Sunday, a public holiday, or late in the evening prior to your appointment are not considered sufficient notice, as we will not have enough time to rebook the time slot. We understand emergencies occur, but we must maintain fairness and consistency in our scheduling.
Rescheduling and Additional Charges
If notification of cancellation is given less than 48 hours prior to your booking, the deposit will be non-refundable. Any future rescheduling will require full payment upfront as a new deposit.
If the rescheduled appointment is also cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the total amount charged will be that of a two-hour tantric massage, which is non-refundable.
Effective Date
These booking and cancellation terms are effective as of 25th June 2024.

Once you have booked your appointment and transferred your deposit to this account and sent a copy of the transaction, you will receive an email/sms confirming your booking prior to your appointment.
Please Note:
- Clients are required to pay in cash on the day they receive their treatment. Other forms of payment are not accepted.
- If a partner wants to observe their significant other during the massage session, they will need to pay an additional fee, referred to as the student fee.
- Clients should arrive on time for their appointments to ensure they receive the full duration of their scheduled treatment and avoid any potential disappointment.
- If a client arrives late for their appointment, the massage may still end at the originally scheduled time, resulting in a shorter session.
- If I am running late, the session will be extended to ensure the client receives the full duration of their treatment.
